HERBAL TEA BANANA BROWN BREAD
INGREDIENTS
· 2 bags or ½ cup ImmuniTea extract
· 2 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
· 150 ml buttermilk
· 100gm unsalted butter
· 2 egg
· 1 pinch salt
· 4-5 banana
· 150gm brown sugar
· 1 cup sugar
· 1 tablespoon baking soda
· 1/2 cup walnuts
· ½ cup dry fruits
· ½ cup raisins
METHORD TO COOK
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees.
- Take a loaf pan and put butter paper on it and apply oil or butter on it.
- Once done, take some dry flour and sprinkle it on the pan.
- Beat butter and sugar for the batter and sieve together flour, salt, and baking soda in a large bowl.
- Take a large bowl and add unsalted butter, brown sugar, and white sugar and beat together till it becomes light and fluffy.
- Add eggs one by one and beat well once again.
- Peel the bananas and add them to the mixture. Hit once again.
- Now add flour mixture with buttermilk in this bowl and whisk one last time to make batter.
- Make sure that no lumps remain. After the batter is ready, add chopped walnuts to it and keep stirring with a spoon.
- Pour this cake batter into a greased pan and place in a preheated oven.
- Bake these Banana Cakes for about 20-30 minutes.
- After half an hour, take out the pan and let the cake cool at room temperature.
